Lasting Solutions
Cityteam @ work
Provides vocational training to reach career goals. Residents pursue education, training, and certification programs. Individualized mentoring helps people secure a living-wage job, stable housing, and financial stability.
Residential Programs
Cityteam Renew
Restorative residential program to give men and women a new start at life, renewed from the grips of homelessness and addiction. Graduates move forward with stable housing, a living wage job, and a supportive community.
CityTeam forward
Bridge housing for graduates of CityTeam. This affordable, healthy living environment allows graduates to seamlessly reintegrate into the community with a strong foundation, healthy habits, and family reunification.
Cityteam Turning Point
Transitional housing program to help working people get back on their feet when an unexpected crisis results in homelessness or instability.
Cityteam Youth collective
Residential, supportive housing program that aims to prevent homelessness by providing a loving community, essential life skills, and transitional resources for youth ages 18-24 – many of whom are exiting foster care.
