CityTeam meets immediate needs such as food, clothing, and shelter to the communities we serve. These essential services create pathways towards lasting solutions.
Mobile neighborhood OUtreach
Our mobile pantries and pop-up closets are a reliable resource for families facing poverty and food insecurity. We transport fresh groceries, clothing, and hygiene essentials directly to where families live and learn.
Emergency Care
We provide unhoused neighbors with critical services and valuable resources. Every connection – whether providing hot meals, shelter beds, showers, clothing, or medical care – opens the door to lasting life change.
Career training
Economic empowerment
We provide vocational training to reach career goals. Residents pursue education, training, and certification programs. Individualized mentoring helps people secure a living-wage job, stable housing, and financial stability.
Residential Programs
12-Step Programs
Our restorative residential programs give men and women a new start at life, renewed from the grips of homelessness and addiction. Graduates move forward with stable housing, a living wage job, and a supportive community.
Interim supportive housing
Our supportive housing helps working people get back on their feet and rebuild their foundation after facing sudden instability, homelessness, or domestic abuse.
Youth Crisis Prevention
Our supportive housing serves young adults ages 18-24 who are at-risk of homelessness, facing trauma, or exiting the foster care system. We intervene during early adulthood to prevent homelessness before it occurs.
Extended housing
Our bridge housing allows graduates of CityTeam to remain connected as they maintain healthy patterns, retain employment, and build financial stability. We offer our extended housing for up to 2 years post-graduation to ensure success.
