"CityTeam taught me how to live my life without drugs and alcohol."
We desire to meet you where you are in your journey and provide hope for the future. One of our restorative residential programs might be a good fit for you.
CityTeam Portland's Community of Hope is a 6 month to 1 year residential program for women and women with children. Families are able to live in a supportive and safe environment to gain life skills, heal from past traumas, and create generational change.
The program provides housing and essential resources while residents work towards long-term solutions such as permanent housing and a living-wage job.
Residents are offered trauma sensitive mentoring, individualized career counseling, medical and mental health care, 12-Step meetings, and a faith-based foundation.
Women are required to engage in meaningful community outreach as part of their journey. Residents graduate from CityTeam with the skills and resources to succeed. In addition to securing stable housing and employment, graduates move forward with a healthy community and a renewed sense of purpose.
Every connection – whether providing groceries, community, hot meals, shelter beds, showers, clothing, or medical care – opens the door to lasting solutions.
CityTeam helps individuals achieve lasting change in their lives through residential programs that offer safe shelter, restorative care, and support.
