Who We Are
CityTeam’s Women of Impact is a fundraising, volunteer and advocacy group that supports the four CityTeam programs serving women in Silicon Valley.
We believe it takes a village to raise a family, and that is why our group formed – to help support each woman in her life restoration, financial stability, vocational training, parenting, and life skills. As Women of Impact, we have a threefold mission – to advocate, give, and serve in CityTeam’s women & children programs.

Women of Impact Leadership Team
The leadership team serves a pivotal role in leading the growth, vision, and purpose of this powerful advocacy group. They give generously of their time and financially support CityTeam’s women’s programs through an annual gift (one time or cumulative) of $10,000.
Supporting Member of Women of Impact
Members will become sustaining supporters by offering time and treasure. Members will financially support CityTeam’s Women’s programs through a monthly recurring gift and participate in service opportunites.
As a CityTeam Women of Impact member you will receive:
✓ Newsletters including testimonial stories of renewal, and updates on your impact
✓ Special invitations to CityTeam events such as graduations and holiday events
✓ Strategic involvement at our annual Hearts of Gold Fundraising Event
Ways to Support
- Heritage Home is our home for women who are new or expectant mothers who were unhoused or at-risk of expiriencing homelessness. Sign up here to provide dinner for our women for an evening.
- Heritage Home mothers are in need of baby holders! Sign up here to support our mothers by holding their precious babies while they go through life skills and parenting classes.
- House of Grace is our residential home for women overcoming life-controlling behaviors. Sign up here for one of our scheduled grocery drop off opportunities and stock our residents’ fridge with nutritious groceries!
- All of our women’s programs have standard items they need on a regular basis, and when new women join our programs. Shop on our Amazon Wishlist for these items that are always in need.
Partner with us and support our annual operating budget for CityTeam Women’s Programs. Thanks to your support, we are able to guide women though life restoration and provide lasting solutions.
