Become a Cornerstone of Change

The Community Center will be a 10,000 sq ft meeting space to add significant on-site resources to this supportive housing community. These resource will include: case management, meeting rooms, classrooms, daycare, and an outdoor children’s play area.

With the donation of $5,000 or more, you can become a "building block” for change in the lives of at-risk women and children. As recognition of your generous gift, your name will be etched into a brick and embedded in our building.

In addition, your gift will be matched up to $1.5M thanks to a generous donation from The Valley Foundation.

The Need is Great

Everyday, right outside our doors, there are women and children who are homeless, hungry, and in danger. It’s a hard truth to face, but it’s the reality in the Bay Area. In fact, one third of all people experiencing homelessness are women– and they are often with their children. With the addition of the Community Center, we will be able to provide the following essential services to our residents and support lasting life restoration.

Why is Grace Village important?

Faviola Speaks to the Heart of CityTeam

Faviola used to live a life of constant fear, substance abuse, and homelessness– all with her 3 young children by her side. She credits her life to CityTeam and considers it the “backbone” of her new beginning.Faviola found food, shelter, and powerful healing through our women’s programs. She prays for the same healing for other women in her shoes through the expansion of Grace Village services.
