What programs and services does CityTeam offer?
CityTeam offers help and hope to those struggling with poverty, homelessness, and addiction. Programs vary from city to city to provide immediate care physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We provide meals, shelter, life transformation programs, groceries, showers, clothing, and more for men, women, and children.

How can I help?
Volunteers are needed to support our programs and serve people in need all year round. Learn more and sign up to volunteer here.

You can donate needed items or host a drive to help provide needed items throughout the year.
Toiletries, clothes, backpacks, food, toys, socks, and coats are just some of the items we need.

Financial donations are crucial in enabling CityTeam to offer help and hope to over 500,000 people each year.

How is CityTeam funded?
CityTeam is funded by individuals, foundations, corporations, and churches. We do not accept government funds.

What is CityTeam’s privacy policy?
CityTeam is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. Our privacy policy explains the procedures we employ to protect the privacy of your data. Will I receive a receipt for tax purposes?
Yes. Following your donation, you will receive an official receipt that satisfies IRS requirements either by mail or email. You may contact us regarding your Year End Statement at [email protected].

Are my donations tax-deductible?
Yes. CityTeam is a 501(c)(3) organization which is qualified to receive tax-deductible donations. Gifts to CityTeam are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law. Although a contribution to a charitable organization is generally deductible by individuals who itemize their deductions, an individual’s right to such deduction is subject to a variety of limitations, including the obligation to obtain an acknowledgment regarding contributions of $250 or more from the charitable organization. The purchase of items from CityTeam may not be 100% tax deductible. We recommend that you consult with a tax professional regarding the tax deductibility of any contribution.

How can I make a change to my giving or ask a question about my donation?

Can I dedicate my donation to someone?
Yes, you can donate in honor or memory of someone by checking the appropriate box in the donation form.

Can my employer match my donations?
Yes, please complete your employer’s paperwork and forward us anything that requires CityTeam’s completion. We will take it from there. Learn more about corporate matching here.
