Homelessness is on the rise in our cities. And though it is a difficult problem to solve, there are answers to help prevent homelessness at its root, and help people achieve lasting change. CityTeam programs are addressing the multiple dimensions of homelessness.
POVERTY
The gap between low-income wages and cost of living continues to widen, and more people than ever before are living in poverty in our community. CityTeam programs meet immediate needs while providing a path to lasting solutions.
HUNGER
When people are struggling to make ends meet, food is often the first expense to forego. CityTeam is helping to provide nutritious food, including fresh produce, for so many neighbors struggling with hunger in our community.
ADDICTION
When lives are broken and hope is lost, addiction can take control. CityTeam recovery programs provide restorative care and long-term, safe solutions to help our neighbors struggling with addiction.

helps people connect to critical services. Every connection – whether providing hot meals, shelter beds, showers, clothing, or medical care – opens the door to lasting solutions.
ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
provides education, training, and certification programs to help people attain living-wage jobs, secure stable housing, and budget for financial stability.
HOUSING AND RESTORATIVE PROGRAMS
is a residential care program to give people a new start at life, restored from the grips of homelessness and addiction.

is a bridge housing program that provides affordable living to help graduates move forward as active members of the community and create a strong foundation, bringing families back together.

is a bridge housing program to help people get back on their feet when crisis happens, like homelessness, or when someone becomes at risk of becoming homeless.
HOUSING AND RESTORATIVE PROGRAMS
is a residential, supportive housing program that aims to prevent homelessness by providing a loving community and care for youth ages 18-24 – many of whom are exiting foster care – to overcome life obstacles.
