Volunteering at CityTeam in San Jose

Be Part of the Solution. You Can Make a Difference!
Volunteers are vital to the heartbeat of CityTeam
Ministries. With the support of hundreds of volunteers,
we as a team can significantly effect change in the
lives of the destitute and homeless. Together we can
touch real lives, introduce real hope and provide
tools for our clients to make real changes in their
lives. It's about touching one life at a time.
We value your gifts - talents -
commitment - service - and time. Volunteers are truly
priceless to this outreach to the poor.
Come see how your involvement can
make a difference today!
If you wish to volunteer, follow these steps:
1. Scroll down and investigate longer-term commitments. Long term volunteering is a great way to
become actively involved in the ministry, especially if you’ve recently retired from your regular
vocation, but feel that you are still a valuable contributor or you have an empty nest and you have
valuable skills to share.
2. Click on volunteer
now button located on the cityteam webpage
in the volunteer column. see shorter-term
commitments, to satisfy community service
requirements, group participation, and
individual shorter-term ministry experience.
The calendar dates listed there will indicate
open positions by day for which we are
still recruiting.
3. When you find an
opportunity that interests you or meets
a need, please click on the signin linkand
complete the Volunteer Form. You can now sign up on- line and receive
a confirmation by return e-mail
4. Please e-mail (dhouse@cityteam.org)
(preferred method) or call Dick House
@ 408-232-5606 for any questions you may
have regarding this process.
