CityTeam Family & Youth Outreach helps meet the critical needs of community members living below the poverty line by providing them with the resources they need to overcome the hardships they are facing and to break out of the cycle of poverty.
We distribute food boxes, backpacks filled with school supplies, clothing and household goods and furniture to families in need throughout the south Bay Area. With poverty on the rise, we are seeing more families struggling to survive each month and in need of assistance.
 Families struggle to cope with the failing economy by making sacrifices and often having to choose whether to buy food or pay rent. Addressing these concerns will require us as a community to reach out and help families in need with the various programs CityTeam offers to transform lives and communities.
