We will never sell, trade, share, or rent your personal information to other charities, merchant partners, or to any other companies or individuals without your prior consent. We partner with a third-party credit card processing company, as do many e-philanthropy websites. This partner securely manages all customer data in accordance with consumer data protection laws enacted worldwide, including data handling, storage, and security.

Why do you need my personal information?
When you make a donation, you need to provide your name, street address, email address and credit card information. This information allows us to process and fulfill your donation and to notify you of your donation status.

Do you track me on your website?
Yes, we monitor visitor traffic patterns and site usage to help us further develop and improve the content and design of our site. We do not link your IP address to anything personally identifiable about you.

Can I opt out of receiving information?
Yes, you can request to receive email communications from us. These messages will always contain unsubscribe options.

What happens if someone uses my credit card for fraud?
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. We guarantee that if your credit card was compromised, through no fault of your own, as a result of transactions completed at our site, and your credit card provider holds you liable for any charges, we will compensate you for the amount of your liability up to $50. This means we do not cover fraudulent charges if your card was lost or stolen. In the event of unauthorized credit card use, or if your card is lost or stolen, you must notify your credit card provider immediately in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
